CIS 3440 - Ethical Hacking and Countermeasures (3)
When Offered: On Demand This course is designed for the student to gain a deeper knowledge in the area of information security. Topics to be included, but not limited to: network defense fundamentals; hardening various operating systems; wireless network security; intrusion detection systems; designing and configuring firewalls; creating security policies; and ethical hacking concepts and techniques. Prerequisites: 54 earned hours and CIS 3840 or permission of the instructor.
