When Offered: Fall GEN ED: Integrative Learning Experience (Theme: “How We Tell Stories”) The course offers students a chance to learn the fundamentals of non-fiction story telling. We will explore a range of issues related to documentary work as both a genre and a practice–and what it means to “document” the world. You will gain a better understanding of how documentaries tell compelling stories that need telling, and you will get to explore documentary form through creative assignments.
