IDS 3450 - Grants for Non-Profits (3) When Offered: On Demand This course is designed for students to gain a broad understanding and practical experience researching, identifying, and writing grants for non-profit organizations. We will also cover the basic components of both private foundation grants as well as federal grants. In this project-driven class, students will apply for grants in partnership and with the assistance of non-profit organizations operating in Watauga County. Prerequisites: IDS 2450 ; R C 1000 or its equivalent.
