General Education Requirements (44 Hours)

The following major requirements may also count in General Education:

• STT 1810 - Basic Statistics (3)

• or

• STT 2810 - Introduction to Statistics (3)

• or

• STT 2820 - Reasoning with Statistics (4)

• NUT 2202 - Nutrition and Health (3) (Note: 2 hours of NUT 2202 may be counted in General Education)
• P H 2000 - Introduction to Public Health (3)

Major Requirements (59-60 Hours)

P H GPA requirements: 2.5 cumulative GPA required for declaration and 2.5 cumulative GPA required for graduation. There are no GPA retention requirements.

P H grade requirements: All P H majors must earn a minimum grade of “C” (2.0) in all P H courses.

Minor or Guided Electives (12-18 Hours)

Guided Electives are a minimum of 15 credit hours and must be approved by a PH advisor.

Elective Hours (7-13 Hours)
