Language Requirements (6-12 Hours)

Completion of 6 semester hours at the *intermediate level or higher

Note: Beginning language course I & II or beginning combination language course are prerequisites for *intermediate level courses.

Language courses 1050 or 1060 may be used in General Education Liberal Studies Experience.

Major Requirements (39 Hours)

2.0 major GPA is required for graduation. Major GPA calculation will include all courses taken in the major discipline, plus any other courses under Major Requirements.

36 semester hours above the 2001 level; 24 semester hours must be at the 3000 level or above. R C 1000  is prerequisite to all ENG and RC courses 2001 level and above.

Film Courses: (18 Hours)

Students must take either ENG 4171   or ENG 4173   to meet the CAPSTONE requirement. 

Foundation in Literacy History (21 Hours)

Honors courses are indicated by section number - 410 on the Schedule of Courses.

4000 Level Literature Courses - Choose Two (6 Hours)
