When Offered: Fall; Spring This course is a senior level course designed for students in electronic media/broadcasting that includes a study of the techniques used by the mass media to sell space and time to advertisers. Also included is a study of personal selling; company, product, and audience research; media-audience matches; and media sales presentations. Also examined are the strengths and weaknesses of a variety of print, radio and television advertising techniques and strategies.
