HPC 6120 - Developmental Assessment and Diagnosis in Counseling (3)
When Offered:Fall, Spring An in-depth and critical examination of developmental assessment and diagnosis in a variety of counseling settings. Specific attention will be given to the interface of the assessment and diagnostic process, the sociocultural context of individuals, and an understanding of basic psychopharmacology within a developmental and humanistic framework. Prerequisites: HPC 5120 or HPC 5310 and registration is restricted to Clinical Mental Health and Professional School Counseling majors.
