When Offered:On Demand Investigation and application of advanced database concepts including Database Administration, database technology and selection and acquisition of database management systems. In-depth practicum in data modeling and system development in a database environment will be emphasized utilizing both mainframe and micros. Prerequisite: CIS 4790 (Current Topics in Information Systems) or equivalent.
