LLC 3120 - Teaching Languages: Theory and Practice (6) When Offered: Fall; Spring A study of theories, methods, and best practices for teaching second languages, including instructional strategies, materials and assessment in the K-12 curriculum. This course is designed to allow students to meet the Standards for Second Language Teachers as defined by the NC State Board of Education. Experiences will include development of lesson and unit plans, classroom observations and micro-teaching. (Same as C I 3120 .) Required for B.S. degree with K-12 teacher licensure.
