HPC 3200 - Leadership for Social Change (3) When Offered: Spring This course explores social change as both a process and a goal through the lens of adaptive leadership theory. Frameworks, strategies, and models for personal, organizational, and societal change will be examined in an experiential and reflective class environment utilizing pedagogies of mindfulness and dialogue. Topics will include personal inner work, change versus transition, resistance to change, systems-thinking, unintentional harm in social change, and utilizing possibility thinking to create new social systems.
