COM 3428 - Advertising Research (3) When Offered: Fall; Spring This course is designed to help future advertising practitioners to understand the uses and applications of research in various advertising situations. In addition to secondary research, this course includes both qualitative and quantitative research methods of primary research commonly used by advertising industry to gain consumer insights, to select the profitable target audience, to develop creative strategies, to test advertising copies and finished ads, and to assess the success of advertising campaigns.
