BIO 2012 - Introduction to Evolutionary Biology (3)
When Offered: Fall; Spring An introduction to the study of evolution including a summary of the stratigraphic record, an historical summary of the earth and its major floral and faunal groups, a review of major contributions to evolutionary theory, and a summary of the factors thought to cause evolutionary change. Lecture three hours. Prerequisites: BIO 1801 and BIO 1802.
