NUT 5220 - Applied Medical Nutrition Therapy and Assessment (3)

When Offered: Spring
A study of the techniques used to measure and evaluate the nutritional status of individuals and populations. Development of the techniques and skills needed to deliver medical nutrition therapy in clinical and community settings.
Prerequisite: Approval of the instructor.
