When Offered:Fall, Spring The goal of this course is the development of the analytical abilities that will be needed by the student as a practicing public administrator. The foundations of inquiry, the various approaches to the study of social phenomena, and several analytical techniques are presented, discussed, and practiced. Prerequisite: An undergraduate statistics course.
