RES 7175 - Quantitative Data Analysis for Educational Leaders (3)
When Offered:Spring This course provides experience in basic descriptive and inferential analysis of quantitative data in education. Central course objectives include conducting inferential tests such as linear regression analyses, t-tests, and ANOVA; correctly interpreting output from statistical software; and writing about statistical results. Learners will gain an understanding of the importance of making informed methodological choices based on research questions and the use of statistical software to analyze data. Prerequisite: RES 7165 or permission of the instructor.
