When Offered:On Demand Through active engagement in this course, students will explore the importance of learning from a variety of perspectives; explain the role of organizational culture and how it interfaces with student learning; understand how issues of diversity and inclusive excellence support student learning; clarify what varied responsibilities administrators and faculty members have to ensure student learning; explore the role of technology to provide inclusive learning experiences; identify existing barriers to student learning, and develop strategies to overcome those barriers.
