CHE 4582 - Biochemistry II (3)

This course will cover the intermediary metabolism of amino acids, nucleic acids, carbohydrates and lipids. Metabolic pathways and their associated enzymes are emphasized. Lecture three hours.
Prerequisite: CHE 4580 with a minimum grade of “C-” (1.7). [Dual-listed with CHE 5582.] Dual-listed courses require senior standing; juniors may enroll with permission of the department.
