General Education
Nine semester hours (9 SH) of courses may be applied to satisfy General Education and/or major requirements.

Courses must be taken from at least two (2) different areas/prefixes. Students may also select from the Science Inquiry Perspective Themes not chosen above for General Education. Students select an additional 9 hours from any of the remaining themes or courses listed below.
Science and Science Teaching in the Elementary School (3 Hours)

Students must observe all prerequisites for courses as listed in the GENERAL BULLETIN. Not all courses are offered every semester. The student should consult the BULLETIN for prerequisites and “Schedule of Classes” to identify which courses are offered which semester.
