Major Requirements (36 Hours)
2.0 major GPA is required for graduation. Major GPA calculation will include all courses taken in the major discipline, plus any other courses under Major Requirements. Minimum of 18 semester hours of courses taken to fulfill major requirements must be courses offered by Appalachian.
At least 3 hours 2000 level HIS is required prior to taking a 3000 level HIS course; at least 3 hours 3000 level HIS course is required prior to taking a 4000 level HIS course. No more than l5 semester hours from the 2000 level, which includes HIS 2800 , may be included to fulfill major requirements.
