First Year/Sophomore Level Courses (6 Hours)
- Choose three credit hours of PHL at the 1000 level or higher
- Choose three credit hours of REL at the 1000 level or higher
Philosophy Courses (6 Hours)
- Choose three credit hours of PHL at the 3000 level
- Choose three credit hours of PHL at the 4000 level
Religion Courses (6 Hours)
- Choose six credit hours of REL at the 3000-4000 level
Total Required (18 Hours)
A minimum of 9 hours must be “in residence,” i.e. courses taken through AppState (can include study abroad, Appstate online courses, etc.).
Note:
Students seeking a BA degree in either Philosophy or Religious Studies are not permitted to declare a Philosophy and Religious Studies minor.
