General Education
CHE 1101 Introductory Chemistry I* /1110 Introductory Chemistry Laboratory I* and 1102 Introductory Chemistry II* /1120 Introductory Chemistry Laboratory II* are recommended chemistry courses and will be applied to satisfy the Science Inquiry requirement in General Education.
Chemistry Second Academic Concentration Requirements (18 Hours)
A second academic concentration in chemistry consists of 14 semester hours of courses in chemistry plus 4 semester hours of another science course with laboratory.

Other Science Courses (4 Hours)
Other science courses with laboratory in ONE of the following disciplines:
- Astronomy (4)
- Biology (4)
- Geology (4)
- Physics (4)
Note:
Students must observe all prerequisites for courses as listed in the GENERAL BULLETIN. Not all courses are offered every semester. The student should consult the BULLETIN and “Schedule of Classes” to identify which courses are offered which semester.
