TEC 3728 - Architectural Design Studio I (3) When Offered: Fall; Spring This course will introduce students to the basic concepts of architectural design and some of the most important architects in recent history. The course will present the tools, processes, graphic conventions, and standards used in the design and construction of buildings. As a final project, students will design a building and prepare computerized construction drawings. Lecture two hours, studio two hours. Prerequisites: TEC 1708 and TEC 1728 , or permission of the instructor.
