PH 3700 - Foundations in Health Behavior (3) When Offered: Fall; Spring This course focuses on the development, implementation, and improvement of interventions targeted at health behaviors. The student will learn the research and theoretical issues associated with a broad range of behaviors. The personal, interpersonal, institutional, community, and societal determinants of health behavior are considered. This knowledge will prepare the student to use theory to plan and implement public health interventions to change behavior in order to promote better health and wellness. Prerequisite: PH 2000 .
