When Offered: Fall; Spring This course provides an overview of the public health policy process in the U.S. including the roles, influences and responsibilities of governmental agencies at all three levels of government; examination of historical and current public health policy issues; survey of methods for analyzing public health policy; and strategies for advocacy. Prerequisite: PH 2000.
