Study and analysis of theoretical and practical aspects of language teaching and learning. The seminar format allows for study of various topics within applied linguistics and language pedagogy. These may include methods and approaches to language teaching, issues in planning and assessment, the teaching of specific aspects of language and culture, and the use of technology in language teaching. Barring duplication of content, a student may repeat the course for a total of six credit hours.
