Introduces core principles and elements of two-dimensional design through a blend of hands-on projects, critical analysis, and contextualized lectures. Students develop their capacity for visual decision-making and creative problem-solving as they develop technical skills using various media and representation techniques. Lecture one hour, studio four hours.
