S_W 3870 - Social Work Research Methods II (4)


When Offered: Fall; Spring
This course builds on the learning and skills developed in S_W 3850 Social Work Research Methods I . In this course, students will collect, analyze and interpret data for social work research. Students will also develop the skills needed to conduct evaluations of practice with individuals, families, groups and communities. Ethical conduct as a social work researcher and evaluator will be reinforced. A one hour data analysis lab is part of this course.
Prerequisite: S_W 3850  and admission to the professional sequence or consent of the BSW Program Director. Demonstrated Readiness for College-level Math.
