This course is designed to take veterinary practice managers through the basics of understanding veterinary practice reporting. From understanding financial projections and benchmarking to strategic plan elements and application, this course is fundamental in the financial and planning development skills practice managers need to create fiscally healthy practices.
Prerequisites: Completion of 45 hours of VTN coursework and permission of the program advisor.
