This course presents recent research and theory related to developing, maintaining, and managing an effective classroom climate. Students will apply best practices in classroom management including managing students, time, materials, and classroom space to foster a positive and productive classroom community. Coursework is integrated with a 12 hour internship in a 6-9 classroom.
