SPE 5650 - Research to Practice: Improving Working Conditions for Special Education Teachers (3)

This course is designed to assist school leaders in understanding the working conditions of special education teachers. Throughout the course, emphasis will be placed on identifying working conditions through reviewing peer-reviewed research, analyzing literature to identify themes, and to develop and implement an action research project focused on improving working conditions within their schools or districts.
