ACC 5680 - Wealth and Tax Planning (3)

A study of the federal transfer tax laws, with emphasis on family tax planning; also, a study of the income taxation of estates and trusts.
Prerequisite: ACC 3580 (Individual Income Taxation) or equivalent.
