Computer Information Systems Second Academic Concentration Requirements (18 Hours)
A second academic concentration in computer information systems (CIS) may be obtained by completing 18 hours taken as follows:
Required Information Systems Core Courses (12 Hours)
CTE 3380 - Information Systems for Business and Education Professionals, CTE 4550 - Digital Network Learning Systems, and CTE 4640 - Computer Design Applications for Business and Education Professionals may satisfy 9 semester hours in the Career and Technical Education major Business, Finance, and Information Technology Education concentration (456B) CIP 12.1299.
Choose 6 Additional Credit Hours From The Following (6 Hours)
# Prerequisite includes the identified courses and a minimum of “C” (2.0) in any Writing in the Discipline (WID) course.
