Program of Study for the Graduate Certificate in Reading Education
This certificate does not lead to NC licensure; however, completion of the 18-hour certificate partially fulfills the 24-hour requirement for the add-on Reading Education license for NC and may be used toward the fulfillment of the 36-hour requirement for the MA degree in Reading Education.
Admission Requirements: Baccalaureate degree in Education, Reading, or a related field from an accredited college or university; complete application to the Graduate School .
To be considered for admission, applicants must meet the criteria for admission to the Graduate School . Meeting this condition does not guarantee admission.
