General Education Requirements (44 Hours)

The following major requirements may also count in General Education:

• STT 1810  or STT 2810  or STT 2820  
• BIO 1201  or BIO 1202  
• PHY 1812  or PHY 1814  or CHE 1101  and CHE 1110  

Major Requirements (59-60 Hours)

CSD GPA requirements: 3.2 cumulative GPA required for declaration, 3.2 cumulative GPA required for retention, and 3.2 cumulative and 2.0 major GPA required for graduation.

CSD grade requirements: All CSD majors must earn a minimum grade of “C” (2.0) in each required course in the major, and a minimum grade of “B” (3.0) for CSD 2259  and CSD 2260 .

Students may repeat a CSD course only once. Students may repeat only two CSD courses throughout the program.

Academic Interest Area (15 Hours)

(Can be satisfied with the completion of any minor; selected with approval of CSD academic advisor, minimum grade of 2.0 required for each course)
