Major Requirements (63 Hours)

(A minimum grade of “C” (2.0) is required in each major course. 21 semester hours must be completed at Appalachian State University) Students entering this program are required to have a Macintosh laptop/notebook computer to specifications described at www.support.appstate.edu/services/technology-support-center/recommended-computer-specifications. Students are strongly encouraged to take an introductory computer course before starting GCM courses. Junior Writing in the Discipline & Senior Capstone Experience must be met.
