Course Requirements for the Dual Master of Science in Applied Data Analytics and Master of Arts in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management


Total Required (Minimum 61 Credits)


Internship (1 Credit)


Elective Course (3 Credits)


Students are required to work with both program directors each semester to determine appropriate program of study and course scheduling.

Other Requirements for the Dual MS in Applied Data Analytics and MA in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management


  • Thesis: Optional (Elective)
  • Proficiency: Not Required for MS Applied Data Analytics. For MA IOHRM: Statistics proficiency met by completion of PSY 5020 .
  • Candidacy: Required for MS Applied Data Analytics. Not required for MA IOHRM.
  • Comprehensive: Not Required for Applied Data Analytics. MA IOHRM candidates will satisfactorily complete a comprehensive oral exam administered by Program Faculty.
  • Product of Learning: Not Required
