When Offered: Spring This course is designed to introduce candidates to the methods and procedures that can be used to prepare P-12 students with disabilities for the transition to adulthood. Legal requirements regarding transition planning and a focus on effective preparation for postsecondary education/training, paid employment in community job settings, and independent living/community participation for all students with disabilities will be the focus.
