Towns and cities grow and change, ideally in an equitable and sustainable manner. Planners rely on a variety of tools that help to guide the growth of rural and urban areas, touching upon social, economic and environmental systems and problems. This course introduces students to the world of planning - its history, what works, what doesn’t, and how people get involved in this process. (Climate Studies Course)
