NUT 3800 - Research, Policy, and Continuous Quality Improvement (3)

When Offered: Summer Session
This course provides undergraduate students with the knowledge and skills needed to interpret health-related research, using rigorous methods to conduct research, program evaluation, and quality improvement projects, and understand the policy implications of research once employed in the field of nutrition and dietetics. 
Prerequisites: STT 2810  or STT 2820 ; or permission of the instructor.
