GEN ED: Science Inquiry Perspective (Theme: “Chemistry: Connections to Our Changing World”)
A study of the fundamental principles of chemistry emphasizing modern atomic theory, the structure and behavior of atoms, the properties and states of matter, energy relations, periodicity and mole concepts.
Prerequisites: M-SAT=550+, or M-ACT=22+, or MAT 1020 or higher.
Corequisite: MAT 1020 or higher if math prerequisite not met.
