ART 1001 - Foundations: Color and Composition (3)

When Offered: Fall; Spring
This course introduces two-dimensional design as a practice of visual inquiry and iterative making. Through hands-on experimentation, students explore composition, color, and image-text relationships, investigating how visual elements interact across surfaces. Scaffolded assignments invite students to experiment across media, engage in collaborative critique, and build confidence in creative decision-making and studio dialogue.
