Foundations of American Democracy Requirement  

Three (3) credits of Foundations of American Democracy (FAD) are required for degree completion. Courses that meet this requirement may also be used to meet other major, minor, or General Education requirements.

Organizational Leadership and Learning Core Requirements (36 Hours)

Students must earn an average of “C” or better on Organizational Leadership and Learning Core Requirements

• OLL 2050 - Introduction to Organizational Leadership and Learning (3)
• OLL 3380 - Information, Data and Assessment for Leaders & Learners (3)
• OLL 3850 - Professional Development and Adult Learners (3)
• OLL 4410 - Workforce Ventures and Innovation (3)
• OLL 4420 - Project & Resource Planning for Leadership and Learning (3)
• OLL 4525 - Organizational Leadership, Learning and Planning (3)
• OLL 4550 - Digital Learning Systems (3)
• OLL 4640 - Computer Design Applications for Leaders & Learners (3)
• OLL 4750 - Work-based Experiences & Human Dynamics (3)
