Cinematic Production Minor (969)

Students who are majoring in Advertising, Communication Studies, Digital Journalism, or Public Relations who have selected a primary minor outside of Communication may earn a Cinematic Production Minor as a second minor. Students who are majoring in Electronic Media/Broadcasting are not eligible to enroll in this minor.

Students must earn a GPA of 2.0 or higher in the minor. A minimum of nine hours must be taken in residence (i.e. through Appalachian State University, which may include online or study abroad courses.) Students who are majoring in Advertising, Communication Studies, Digital Journalism, or Public Relations who have selected a primary minor outside of Communication may earn a Cinematic Production Minor as a second minor. Students who are majoring in Electronic Media/Broadcasting are not eligible to enroll in this minor.
