GEN ED: Science Inquiry Perspective (Theme: “Physics with Calculus”)
Laboratory exercises in mechanics, heat, light, sound, electricity, magnetism, and quantum phenomena at a somewhat more advanced level than the PHY 1123/PHY 1113-PHY 1124/PHY 1114 sequence using calculus. Intended primarily for students majoring in the natural sciences, mathematical sciences, and pre-engineering. Laboratory three hours.
